Our Story

Established on August 3, 2014, the Youth of Pakistan Foundation (YOPF) is a nationally recognized, youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to driving sustainable social impact through innovation, leadership, and community development.

Under the visionary leadership of Syed Usaid Jamal, YOPF has evolved from a grassroots initiative into a registered and trusted institution. The organization is officially recognized under the

Societies Registration Act, 1860, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and the Sindh Charity Commission.

Over the years, YOPF has empowered thousands of young Pakistanis through capacitybuilding programs, social action projects, and strategic partnerships that bridge the gap between corporate responsibility and youth innovation. We firmly believe that investing in youth is not merely an act of goodwill it is a strategic investment in Pakistan’s sustainable future.

Founder's Profile

Syed Usaid Jamal

Syed Usaid Jamal, born on 1st June 1993 in Karachi, is a committed healthcare professional, respected public speaker, award-winning debater, political & corporate host, and dedicated social worker. He is currently serving as Manager, Billing & Corporate Affairs at Al Mumtaz Medical Complex & Trauma Centre, with 6 years of experience in hospital administration. Starting his career in IT and Finance, he now leads corporate billing, patient coordination, and institutional affairs.

In August 2014, he launched a solidarity campaign for Palestine from the platform of Youth of Karachi, which later evolved into the Youth of Pakistan Foundation®, officially registered in 2016. In June 2015, following Pakistan’s major heatstroke crisis that claimed over 2,000 lives, he became the first social activist to initiate relief and awareness efforts. Soon after, he pioneered the “Clean Karachi, Green Karachi” campaign, planting more than 2,000 trees across Sea View, Dow University Ojha Campus, Nazeer Hussain University, and Saudabad Malir.

As the Founder & President of Youth of Pakistan Foundation® (2014–Present), he has led impactful initiatives in healthcare, education, social welfare, and youth empowerment, including major COVID-19 relief operations across Karachi. In 2022, during the devastating floods, he coordinated large-scale relief work in Charsadda, Quetta, Digri, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, and Hyderabad, providing essential supplies to thousands. In 2025, during the floods in Buner and KPK, he arranged medicines for medical camps and collaborated with NGOs such as Care for Everyone.

With over 21 years of experience in speech, debate, and declamation, he has won numerous awards from leading institutions including HEC, McDonald’s, Radio Pakistan, Islami Jamiat Talaba, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Pak Sar Zameen Party, MQM, and Arts Council of Pakistan.

He has also received recognition from Dow University, Federal Urdu University, Dawood University of Engineering & Technology, Hamdard University, Nazeer Hussain University, Karachi University, NED University, Liaquat National University, Government Islamia Science College, Punjab University, NUST University, Hawk Grammar School, New Jinnah Foundation School, ICMA International, and Indus University.

Apart from debating, Syed Usaid has hosted major political gatherings, corporate events, youth conventions, dharnas, and public programs for Pak Sar Zameen Party (PSP), engaging massive crowds with his powerful hosting and public speaking skills. He has shared stages with Syed Mustafa Kamal, Afaq Ahmed, Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, Dr. Usama Razi, Muhammad Hussain Mehanti, Shamshad Ghauri, Syma Nadeem, Firdous Shamim Naqvi, Ali Haider Rizvi, and senior leaders of APML.

He frequently appears as a Guest Speaker on FM 93, Raah TV, and Venus TV, and has been interviewed on Such TV, Jaag TV, and Neo News. He also appears every Wednesday from 11 AM to 12 PM on Metro 1 News Morning Show “Muskurati Subah with Zeeshan Azhar.”

Additionally, Canadian Podcaster Beena Sami conducted a special international interview with him and honored him as a “Hero of Pakistan.”

Beyond speaking, he has served as a Trainer, Software Developer, Graphic Designer, and Faculty Member at The Rising Professionals Institute, Ami Apex, and Success Officers Academy.

Syed Shamas Jamal

Syed Shamas Jamal is a dynamic young leader, social activist, and entrepreneur whose work reflects a deep commitment to youth empowerment and national development. Serving as the General Secretary of the Youth of Pakistan Foundation, he plays a central role in shaping the organization’s mission to inspire, train, and mobilize the next generation of Pakistanis.

Known for his proactive leadership style and strategic vision, Syed Shamas Jamal oversees national-level youth initiatives, organizational development, and collaborative programs that aim to create opportunities in education, sports, entrepreneurship, and community welfare. Through his tireless efforts, YoPF has strengthened its footprint across Pakistan, engaging thousands of young people in impactful social action and skill-building programs.

Beyond his role in the nonprofit sector, he is a successful entrepreneur and the Owner of Al Nassr Enterprises and SJ Sports Private Limited, companies that reflect his passion for business excellence, innovation, and youth-oriented development. Under his leadership, SJ Sports has been actively involved in promoting sports culture, providing high-quality sports equipment, and supporting grassroots athletic programs that empower young athletes nationwide.

Syed Shamas Jamal is widely respected for his dedication to service, strong organizational capabilities, and commitment to fostering a progressive, responsible, and motivated youth community. Sohaib Jamal serves as the Vice President and Co-founder of the Youth of Pakistan Foundation. The organization is about growing and inspiring young generations of leaders, boosting their skills and fostering a better nation-wide community. In addition to his role in the non-profit sector, he also serves as the Director of Al Nassr Enterprises and SJ Sports. His focus is to establish quality openings for young people so that they become influential contributors towards shaping the future of Pakistan.
